Flew to Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand. Visited a Wat (Buddhist Temple) from the 14th Century: Wat Phra Singh. Picture of where we are staying. Cliff and Cathy under a banyon tree. We have a massages every day. 2 hour massage costs about $20.00. Chiang Mei is NOT like Bangkok, it is cooler and very user friendly.

Banyon trees are so coooool! We love the long roots and multiple arms. Just like those found in Florida, Hawaii and Tahiti. And the gingers are so plentiful in Chiang Mai. I wonder if they are the fragrant species too.
